Foeke Rienks
Executive Director

Foeke Rienks is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is the Administrative Director at Little Star Center. Foeke earned his master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from the Sage Graduate school in May 2013, and a year later obtained his BCBA certification. Foeke obtained his bachelor’s degree in the Netherlands, where he was born and raised. He moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2005, where he started his career working with adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities. He initially worked in intensive behavior group homes and eventually moved to an adult day treatment facility in Jacksonville Beach. At that time, he started classwork for his BCaBA certification and started working as a BCaBA in 2009 upon receiving his BCaBA certification. Foeke has close to 10 years of experience working with children with an autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities, providing direct service and supervision to behavior technicians. Foeke’s interests include early intervention, vocal shaping, natural environment teaching and supervising behavior technicians.

Jesse Allgood

Jesse Allgood earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration in applied behaviors analysis, and his Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management from the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT). While attending FIT, Jesse worked as a behavior therapist at The Scott Center for Autism Treatment, where he gained extensive clinical experience within the areas of early intervention, social skills training, and treatment and assessment of problem behavior as they apply to individuals diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders – such as autism spectrum disorders. He also gained experience with other co-occurring psychiatric conditions, such as bipolar disorder, epilepsy, and traumatic brain injury. In addition to clinical practice, Jesse was afforded the opportunity to participate in a broad array of research projects spanning from parent and staff training, identifying evidence-based practice in the application of applied behavior analysis, functional analysis, assessment and treatment of noncompliance, and the efficacy of and preference for various reinforcement arrangements.

Little Star Center also employs multiple Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with your child. All teachers and Registered Behavior Technicians have had extensive training in the principles of ABA and have completed course work in applied behavior analysis. All teachers and Registered Behavior Technicians are credentialed with insurance providers to provide 1:1 ABA services to your child.
